The pattern is from Janet Arnold's "Patterns of Fashion", and the description matched the fabric so well that I could simply not pass up the occasion to make this lovely piece. "...ivory silk with a brocaded pattern of pink, green, yellow ochre, white and pale blue sprays of flowers."
